Antenatal Visits

Three visits

2-3 hours each

1. Getting to know each other & your preferences. Debriefing on previous pregnancy & birth experiences.

2. Making that all important Birth Plan. Knowing your needs & wishes to achieve the birth experience you deserve.

3. Postnatal planning. Preparing for parenthood and adapting to growing your family.

Birth

On call two weeks before & two weeks after your due date.

I will help coach you through early labour and I will attend your birth place when appropriate and needed. This is usually when labour becomes regular. 

My labour support will be emotional, mental and physical. We will use the toolkit we created together to achieve the birth experience yourself and your birth partner desire. 

Postnatal

Two visits 

3 hours each

1. An opportunity to discuss and reflect on your birth experience.

Checking in on how the postnatal plan is going and if we need to tweak it.

Any questions or concerns.

An open and non-judgemental conversation filled with compassion and care. 

2. Postnatal care plan continued. Generally seeing how you're all doing and what your needs are going forward. 

Minimum of 2hrs per session
